What is the lead time for my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For handmade or custom-order tiles, lead times can range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the material and quantity.
Do you recommend ordering samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Because our tiles are handmade, natural variations in color, texture, and shade are expected and part of their unique character.
How much overage should I include in my order?
We recommend ordering a 15% overage to account for cuts, breakages during installation, and future repairs. This ensures you have matching tiles from the same production batch.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery zip code. Due to the fragile nature of tile, most orders are shipped via LTL freight on a pallet to ensure safe arrival.
Can I return unused tile?
We accept returns on select in-stock items within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do my tiles need to be sealed?
Most cement and natural stone tiles require sealing before and after grouting to protect against stains and moisture. We recommend checking the specific installation guide for your chosen material.
