Returns & Exchanges

At Zia Tile, we want you to love your handmade surfaces; however, due to the artisanal nature of our products, we accept returns on qualifying orders within 30 days of delivery subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that all tile must be returned in full, unopened boxes and in their original condition to ensure a successful refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your return consists of at least 4 full boxes of the same product and that the material is not a custom order, clearance item, or sample, as these are final sale.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photographs of the sealed boxes to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Carefully secure the tile on a palette or in reinforced packaging and ship the items back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs.
